Courtney Lynch is the Director of Operations at JBL Construction, where she plays a pivotal role in driving growth, operational excellence, and team development. With a background in software and account management, Courtney originally worked in the SaaS industry, rising to the Chief Operating Officer role by helping transform chaos into clarity. She thrives on building smart, efficient systems that empower teams to work better, not harder. Her ability to spot patterns and prevent problems before they happen has brought a new level of organization and accountability to JBL’s operations.

Since joining the team, Courtney has focused on creating structure while preserving the company’s strong family culture. She believes that every employee deserves the time, attention, and mentorship of the company’s best performers, and she works hard to ensure that growth never comes at the cost of communication or work-life balance. What is your favorite aspect of working at JBL Construction?
Definitely our people. Not just the depth of expertise—that goes without saying—but it's inspiring to be part of a close-knit, family-oriented team that genuinely cares about each other and the work we do. The collaborative spirit and shared commitment to quality and client satisfaction create a rewarding environment. It's a pleasure work with talented, dedicated individuals who treat the organization like family.

What are some of your hobbies or interests outside of work?

When I’m not spending time with my husband and our two kiddos, you’ll usually find me tackling (or ignoring) the never-ending laundry pile, getting lost in a good book, or revisiting my love for all things Harry Potter. I’m a big fan of Trader Joe’s runs, Italian food, and building with Lego—sometimes with the kids, sometimes just for me. My playlist often leans toward Yacht Rock classics, and I’ll never turn down a good whiskey.

What's a fun fact about you that most people don't know?

Not many people know my full first name is Courtney Anne (yay southern double names) and that I'm a classically trained vocalist on the side. Oh and did I already mention that I’m obsessed with Trader Joe’s! :)
