Bryan Murphy is the Office Manager at JBL Construction, where he leads finance, HR, and administrative operations with a steady hand and a strategic mindset. With nearly two decades of professional experience across education, technology, and business management, Bryan brings a unique blend of leadership, empathy, and operational expertise to the JBL team. Before joining the construction industry, he spent nearly ten years as an HR Director for a software company and eight years as a high school special education teacher—roles that sharpened his skills in compliance, communication, and team development.

Bryan holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Florida and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education. He is currently pursuing his Certified Management Accountant (CMA) credential and working toward his real estate license, reflecting his passion for continuous learning and growth. His deep knowledge of organizational leadership, financial management, and training and curriculum development makes him an invaluable part of JBL’s leadership team. Bryan’s thoughtful approach helps ensure that JBL’s internal operations are as strong, supportive, and forward-thinking as the structures they build.

What is your favorite aspect of working at JBL Construction?
Every day brings something different, and I love being part of a team that’s committed to quality, efficiency, and keeping projects running smoothly. Plus, it's just really fun!

What are some of your hobbies or interests outside of work?

Outside of work, I enjoy going to concerts, playing piano, reading, the occasional PS5 game, spending time with family and friends, and serving in my local church.

What's a fun fact about you that most people don't know?

I’ve seen almost every act on my concert bucket list including Elton John, Paul McCartney, Fleetwood Mac, Journey, Coldplay, and even Beyoncé. Still holding out for Metallica.
